The Booster³ combines three oven techniques: convection, steaming and microwaves. The result is that the Booster³ brings a balance between quality and speed. Up to 50% quicker preparation than a normal combisteamer, but respecting the quality if the end product.
The flexibility and capacity of a combisteamer are joint together with the quicker preparation methods of a microwave oven.
In the Booster, microwaves are controlled and equally distributed in the oven cavity. This way cooking times are shortened but the quality remains in tact. Metal pans, grids and trays can be used and the Booster offers a capacity of 4 x 1/1 GN.
