The Levens Company was founded in 1948 by Mr Jac. Levens.
The family name together with the city where it all started, Tilburg, led to the brand name Leventi. 60 years ago the company was already focusing on and finding solutions for the food preparation industries. Being a baker from origin Mr Levens started to introduce utensils and equipment that improved the efficiency for bakers and and in a later stage also for chefs.From this point of view, the ideas for the development of professional ovens arose and 30 years ago the first bakery oven and shortly after, the first combisteamer were developed and introduced in the market.
Now with the third Levens generation in charge, Leventi is market leader in the Benelux and the ovens are sold and used in more than 40 countries all over the world.
